Passenger Vehicles - Carwell T32 Retail Applications

Rust Protection and Corrosion Control For Over 30 Years!

Carwell T32 Applications:

Our Carwell T32 isn’t just a rust inhibitor that guards against rust and corrosion, it also lubricates moving parts and protects electrical connections. This annual treatment will help reduce your maintenance costs, higher resale value, and longer vehicle life.

Carwell T32 is designed to creep deep into cracks and crevices and provide coverage and protection. So even if the initial application cannot reach one of these areas, this self-healing process makes sure the maximum protection is provided! After Carwell is applied, you can expect it to lift and remove dirt, moisture, other contaminants and even some surface rust. It is designed to penetrate to good metal and form its protection there.

What to Expect

Carwell products are active multi-chemical compounds which form a film on the metal. The vehicle will initially appear to look wet but as time goes by the area will appear to dry but the rust inhibitors will remain active and working.

Some dripping will occur for 1 to 2 days after application. The product will not harm asphalt or concrete. Any small spots appearing will dissipate in time and will not leave a permanent stain. The product, if allowed to puddle, will create slippery spots. You may wish to use an absorbent or wash area to ensure a better footing.

You may notice smoke and odor from the underside of the vehicle the first time the vehicle is driven. This is due to a small amount of overspray vaporizing on the exhaust system. It is harmless and should cease quickly.

You may notice a grinding noise when braking. This is due to a small amount of overspray collecting on the brake lining. This is not a safety hazard and should cease after a few stops.

Carwell’s products cannot stop scratches, peeling of paint or stone chips. Damage to exterior paint should be repaired promptly otherwise surface corrosion can occur.

How it Works

Carwell is a unique blend of rust inhibitors that guard against rust and corrosion on all metals. It eliminates moisture containing salt, dirt and other pollutants from the metal providing long lasting protection for your vehicle.

After Carwell is applied, you can expect it to lift and remove dirt, moisture, other contaminants and even some surface rust. It is designed to penetrate to the good metal and form its protection there. It will continue to penetrate to the good metal, pushing out existing corrosion.

Carwell stops electrolysis by disallowing the external circuit to be completed. Carwell is designed as a non-conductive material that also has a voltage drop of only 1/100th of a volt. After securing the connections, it can be used on electrical connections to prevent the “greening” of wires.

Once Carwell has reached the good metal, it sets up a bond. This bond is at a molecular level and the film that is created is ultra-thin providing long-term protection. The inhibitors, meshed together in a chain link, are then used by the environment – contaminants, salts, etc… – before the metal is rusted.

Carwell is designed to creep deep into cracks and crevices and provide protection there as well. So even if the initial application cannot reach one of these areas, this self healing process makes sure the maximum protection is provided!
