Delivery & Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days depending on distance

In-Store Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available at our Cheektowaga during business hours. Please call our office for placing an order for pickup.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs).
  • We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Return/ Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, hazardous materials, or perishable goods. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at 716-896-1677 or email info@carwell.com

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, special promotions, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
