Delivery & Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days depending on distance
In-Store Pickup
- Free in-store pickup is available at our Cheektowaga during business hours. Please call our office for placing an order for pickup.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs).
- We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
