Zinga, the world's only atomized zinc coating, is designed for treatment of steel and provides a true
Active Cathodic Protection (CP). It is the only true coating in the world to date with Cathodic Protection
comparable to traditional galvanizing. With Zinga, no dismantling of structures required. It is easy to apply
with a brush, roller or spray applicator. It is quick curing and has an unlimited pot and shelf life.

ZINGA AS A UNIQUE SYSTEM
Zinga is a unique system that can stand alone with 2 or 3 layers to obtain a total minimum DFT of 120
microns. It is easy to maintain and over time, the zinc layer becomes thinner as Zinga sacrifices itself
due to cathodic protection. A new layer of Zinga can be directly applied overtop of the old layer after it
has been properly cleaned.
ZINGA AS A PRIMER
In a duplex system, apply Zinga in one single application to achieve a maximum DFT of 60 microns. After drying time, ensure the surface is free of zinc salts beore applying a compatible top coat. To avoid pinholes, use the mist coat and full
coat technique.
